Chateau Puech-Haut produces 10 red wine varieties, 2 white wines, and 3 rosé. The wine production is based on the principle of the separation of grape varieties and batches. To reach its potential, each batch is harvested, fermented, and aged separately. All of the wines of Château Puech-Haut are powerful and full-bodied with a lot of character.
